Thank you for visiting the WinCan site. This privacy policy defines how WinCan, as the data controller, processes personal data, including, among others:

Personal data that we collect or process

We also collect information that the User provides voluntarily. WinCan collects the information that the User enters when he:

  • fills in online questionnaires (for example, verifying the knowledge of the User) and records the results thereof,

  • register for webinars and training,
  • create an account,
  • sign up to receive newsletters, demo versions, digital content, postal content (such as posters or vehicle maps), advice and announcements,
  • contact us by sending an email.

Depending on the objective pursued, we may collect the following information: first and last name, email address, home address, telephone number, fax number, employer name and related data (for example, if it is entrepreneur or government agency, etc.), function, interests in the sector (for example, issues or products) and comments / questions on services or sales. This information is provided entirely on a voluntary basis. Please do not send us confidential personal data.

We do not knowingly collect information from users of the Site under the age of 18 and / or information about their activities on the Internet and these people are not authorized to use the Site. If we have confirmation that the User is under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete their personal data from our databases. By using the Site, the User declares to be over 18 years of age. WinCan may, from time to time, obtain written consent from the User by electronic means using online contracts or other confirmations on the Site, including consent to other intended uses of personal data of the User, not covered by this Privacy Policy. Legal basis for the use of personal data

We process personal data according to the following principles and foundations defined below:
